Neigh Bridge

The Society’s ranger team have now transformed Neighbridge into one of the most popular free car park and picnic sites in the Cotswold Water Park.


Funding

To manage Neighbridge the Society receives core funding from the Cotswold Water Park Joint Committee (CWPJC) which covers 63% of the running costs. Additional money is made from entrance fees charged at Keynes Country Park, membership subscriptions, hiring out BBQ pitches and income from leaseholders.

The Ranger team have now transformed Neighbridge into one of the most popular free car park and picnic sites in the Cotswold Water Park. Since 1996 The Society has carried out several improvements at Neighbridge. These include the introduction of children’s play equipment. seasonal toilets and angling pitches for disabled anglers. Lakeside banks and habitats have also been improved.
