Job vacancies

The Cotswold Water Park Society employs 40 staff, both full time and part time, with some staff such as lifeguards and seasonal rangers joining us in the summer months when the park is at its busiest.

The Cotswold Water Park, (CWP) is a large area of 146 lakes formed by gravel extraction over the last 60 years. There are still gravel deposits that will be dug over the next 40 years. The whole area covers 30 sq miles of the upper Thames catchment. Internationally important numbers of wildfowl visit the area through the winter, whilst 10 SSSI lakes protect rare aquatic plants and wintering wildfowl.
