Introducing Lower Mill Estate
Forget everything you think you know about second homes.
Lower Mill Estate is unlike anything else. A unique and strictly limited number of bespoke homes, nestled within 450 acres of abundant wildlife – the perfect counterpoint to life in the city.

As one of the largest British wildlife reserves in private hands, only approximately one fifth of the entire Estate will ever be developed for housing, the rest is left to nature.

Values and Vision
Lower Mill Estate is a stunning haven within the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
Developed with respect for the environment, its enviable natural setting, inherent safety and peaceful seclusion, make it an ideal environment for anyone seeking their own slice of the country lifestyle with the convenience and security of a fully managed Estate.

Perfect for families, children thrive in the fresh air, exploring the wide, open spaces, discovering wildlife and even Lower Mill Estate is not merely a beautiful location, it’s an authentic and productive rural landscape. The Lower Mill Estate lifestyle can be whatever you want it to be as active or as peaceful as you wish – it’s for you to decide

Artspa
In keeping with the ethos of the whole estate, Artspa is one of the undeniable jewels in the crown of Lower Mill. A seamless marriage of ecologically sound materials with the highest specs in luxury and comfort, this private health club offers residents an exclusive haven in which to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.
The two green slate-lined pools (one outdoor, one in) are illuminated with natural light by day while, after dusk flickering candles create a uniquely magical atmosphere.
Wander outside to the country’s first eco-pool set amidst flourishing reeds and lilies.
Here, the water is purified entirely by plants instead of chemicals, so bathers can swim alongside kingfishers taking a drink.

Relax in the gardens of the Spa after a session in the gym, sauna, steam room or a luxurious aromatherapy or enjoy one of the rotating art or photography exhibitions in the gallery.

Homes
Inspired by original, contemporary and innovative architecture from around the world, Lower Mill Estate has brought together an outstanding list of the world’s leading architects. Guided by RIBA award-winning, master-planner Richard Reid, the estate combines homes of variety and genuine wow factor at every price range.
Each one is individually conceived and considered, every angle planned, every view maximised. An abundance of glass and open space tie each home to the spectacular natural setting while prospective owners have the opportunity to customise their own design – an extra fireplace or larger roof deck are yours for the asking.

Nowhere else could you afford such distinguished names delivering such luxurious results.
All homes include a NHBC warranty and full Artspa membership. You also have the opportunity to bespoke the interior subject to build stage.
